It took the Greyhound bus from Toronto to Vancouver. It was actually the cheapest way to get there... Canada has no Ryanair and the train is even more expensive then a flight or bus. The tour took 3 days from the East to the West of Canada. I slept in the bus and yes, they have normal seats that means you can adjust the seats a little bit but not that much.
