I was very happy to be in Vancouver again and at the Jericho Beach after I changed all my plans and left Vernon. I stayed for 5 days in Vancouver and everything felt great. My Yoga teacher training in Nelson (BC) would start in mid October therefore I checked out what I could do until then. Finally I arrived after 3 days in Vancouver. I took the bus from Toronto. It was 5.30 am and I was quite tired. I knew that my hostel has a 24 hour reception which was great and I took a taxi to it. I just wanted to have a shower and couldn't proper think. After a great shower in my hostel and nice breakfast I went to the Jericho beach and just enjoyed the beauty around me. Yes, I did alright. It took the Greyhound bus from Toronto to Vancouver. It was actually the cheapest way to get there... Canada has no Ryanair and the train is even more expensive then a flight or bus. The tour took 3 days from the East to the West of Canada. I slept in the bus and yes, they have normal seats that means you can adjust the seats a little bit but not that much.
