What will we do?
First day:
- A private shuttle brings you from our meeting point in Mexico City to Valle de Bravo, Avándaro
- Check-in in your room and a welcome breakfast for you
- Presentation and organizational information
- Yoga class that focuses on building up force and flexibility
- Lunch and time for yourself
- Walk through the nature close by and beautiful heart meditation in the forest
- Traditional Mexican Temazcal (sweat lodge) session for you
- Dinner and option to connect with other guests if you like
Second day:
- Energizing Yoga class in the morning and breakfast
- Mindful hike where we will enjoy the beautiful surroundings and visit some waterfalls and do meditation at beautiful places in nature. (~ 3hrs)
- Lunch together
- Rest and official closing of our trip
- Our private shuttle brings you back to Mexico City

Valle de Bravo, Avándaro in Mexico which is located on the shore of the stunning Lake Avándaro surrounded by nature.
Our accommodation is a beautiful place surrounded by nature.

- After your registration there will be a required payment of 50% of the tour price. This is to reserve your place (please make the payment by 7 days after your registration).
- The rest of the payment will be due 4 weeks before we start our tour.

Cancellation policy
Things can happen and sometimes you have to cancel your tour. I would like to make it easy for you and below you will find a timeline of cancellation fees.
- More than 31 days before departure 80% refund
- 30 days before departure 75% refund
- 22 days before departure 65% refund
- 15 days before departure 50% refund
- 8 days before departure 30% refund
- 2 days before departure or not appearing 10 % refund
